Welcome to Farhan Saleem. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (“App”) available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the app in any way that violates local, national, or international law.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the App.

  • Use the App to upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App (including graphics, logos, text, and software) are owned by Farhan Saleem or its licensors. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

3. User Accounts (If Applicable)

If the App allows account creation:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree not to share your login information with others.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious or unauthorized activity.

4. In-App Purchases

Some features or items in the App may require payment. All in-app purchases are processed securely via Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may display third-party advertisements or include links to external services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App improperly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of major changes either within the App or through the app store. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
